Merita Isufi Avdyli – The Educator of Peace Building

(The Albanian teacher who continued her journey in education with creativity and resilience for the past 23 years in London).

Her positive influence has no borders, as she continues impacting change that benefits society while respecting the human values in the Great Britain.
Merita Isufi Avdyli is one of the many Albanian immigrants who decided to emigrate to the United Kingdom after the change of the political system in Albania, and Kosovo war in the 90s. Starting the journey in teaching in her home country, she never stopped trying to become someone developing and deploying effective solutions to challenges, albeit in a completely foreign country.

After many years of hard work and effort, Merita is now a First Class Honours BSc Criminology and Sociology graduate and also brings 16 years of experience in a variety of roles focused on supporting children, young people and vulnerable adults in education and community-based settings. She is a Children’s Author and Co-author of research studies in academic journals and qualitative researcher with experience in the field of social sciences and criminology, addressing the most important issues affecting society today. Merita is awarded for outstanding commitment to positive social change in the community and to helping others through community-oriented programs. She especially enjoys motivating others to reach their potential.

Ms. Merita Isufi Avdyli is also the Founder of Successful Mothers CIC, London and currently responsible for organizing and planning trainings and workshops.

Her mission is to inspire mothers to focus on their personal and professional lives with greater confidence. She seeks to empower more mothers to create a belief system that serves them by developing emotional stability, increasing competence and taking ownership of their lives; to empower them to live their dreams and aspirations by unlocking their potential and manifesting their inner beauty outwardly.

Successful Mothers creates a space where mothers can discover the strength on themselves, and make social connections, while they can be seen and heard. By being a great influencer, Successful Mothers is a safe and welcoming space for all mothers to share their ideas, experiences and stories and be incredibly proud of what they have achieved and how to continue to be the best version of themselves without comparing to others.

Ms. Merita Isufi Avdyli represents the organization for the responsibilities and activities of civic and professional associations in the local community, city and national and international level. Excellent in developing and maintaining positive and professional working relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Using interactive teaching methods implementing the intuition curriculum.

Support and promotion of teamwork during the organization of various activities for children.

Another special interest of hers is journalism, where she periodically writes articles in the “The Albanian” Magazine with a focus on leadership and community development.

In recognition of her remarkable work in the service of the community, the International Organization Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity (DMPP), accredited to the UN. NATO. USA etc., has evaluated her personality as a model of excellent woman who works unconditionally for the greater good of humanity.
