\nBut who is the son of Kosovo and all of Albania:
\nHe was born in Topilla, municipality of Shtimje, Kosovo.
\nHe completed primary and secondary school in his hometown.
\nHe continued his university studies at the European University, in Struga, North Macedonia, where he studied Law and Political Science.
\nVery soon Sali Bislimi would become active in the political and social life of the time:
\nIn 1993, he was the co-founder of the Association of Albanian Intellectuals in Neuchatel, Switzerland.
\nIn 1993-1999- Chairman of the Albanian Community in Bernese Jura, Bern, Switzerland.
\nRepresentative of the Swiss Friendship Association of the Bernese Jura \u2013 Kosovo friendship.
\nFrench language translator for the Swiss Federal Authorities in the language Albanian \u2013 French.
\nVice President of the Liberal Party of Kosovo and Coordinator for Cooperation with European Union Institutions.
\nIn 2019, the prominent activist and patriot Sali Bislimi was awarded the Presidential Medal of Kosovo for his contribution and special merits for independence of Kosovo.
\nIt is also decorated with the PLK \u201cLIBERATORI\u201d medal.
\nSaliu is currently the director of the Legal Office \u201cFirst Consulting\u201d, in Bern, Switzerland, where he lives and works for years, as well as the director of the NGO \u201cZ\u00ebri Perendimor\u201d of Kosovo.
\nAmong other things, Sali Bislimi is also an exemplary family man, married and has three children.<\/p>\n
